HOLIDAY GIFT POLICY

Free holiday shipping from November 20 to December 18, 2023.

We are happy to offer exchange or online credit for any gift purchases 7 days from December 26, 2023.

Please follow the online return policy below as returns for exchange or credit must be approved and authorized by MARLOWE first.

Please note that costs of returning your order will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the return using the same payment method.

ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges on online purchases.  To request an exchange, please contact Customer Service with your order number within 5 days from delivery.

We currently offer exchanges for a different color or size only, not an alternative product.

Returns

All returns must be approved and authorized by MARLOWE first.

You have 5 days after delivery of your item(s) to request a return.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that costs of returning your order will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the return using the same payment method.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, dry-cleaned, altered or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. Security tags and labels must not be removed.  Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including zip/dust bags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

MARLOWE reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy.

How to initiate a return request

To start a return, you must contact us at contact Customer Service with your order number. Approval for return can take 2 business days.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  This may include commercial invoices where applicable. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All returns must be sent with FedEx with a tracking number generated from the return label we send you.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your MARLOWE account and associated accounts, or future orders being refused.

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and no returns or refunds are accepted.

Damaged, worn, or incomplete merchandise will be rejected and sent back to the customer and costs for returning damaged returns will be incurred by the customer.

We cannot accept returns on special order items, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

MARLOWE reserves the right to deny any returns it believes do not comply with this policy.  Returns are only authorized for full priced items.  All marked down items and promotion purchases are final sale. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund. 

We do not offer price adjustments on products purchased online.

We have made every effort to display the colors and materials of our products that appear online as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of our products accurately reflects them.
